Caitlin graduated from the University of Tennessee, Chattanooga with a Bachelors in Psychology. Caitlin currently works as an RBT and has plans to go back to school for her masters degree.
Before working in ABA, Caitlin worked as a daycare teacher. Caitlin spent some time volunteering at a ranch providing equine therapy to adults and children with disabilities. It has always been a desire of Caitlin’s to be the difference in children with disabilities lives.
