Nele is currently in the role of Clinical Director for Massachusetts at Golden Steps. She continues to work as an active BCBA alongside her director role.
Nele graduated in 2007 from Sheffield Hallam University with a degree in Psychology. Nele went on to achieve a Postgraduate Diploma from Oxford Brooke’s University in 2008 before moving to the US.
Initially working in human services at a day habilitation for adults with severe developmental disabilities, Nele went on to begin a career in Applied Behavior Analysis starting in 2014.
Nele graduated from Salem State University in 2019 with a Masters in Behavior Analysis and went on to become a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in 2019.
