Amber Johnson, Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), graduated from Nebraska Wesleyan with her B.S. in Psychology in 2016. She then went on to receive her Master of Arts in Psychology, with a specialization in Applied Behavior Analysis from the University of Nebraska – Omaha in 2018.
While working to obtain her Master’s degree, she worked full time at the Munroe-Meyer Institute’s Early Intervention Clinic. She began her role in the clinic as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), providing dedicated direct services and gaining valuable insight into the field of ABA. She then took on the role of Behavior Analysis Specialist, supervising a caseload of clients, implementing treatment plans, monitoring client progress, and overseeing & providing feedback to RBTs.
Amber has 7 years of experience in the field of ABA and has practiced as a BCBA for 4. She is driven by an intense passion to see others learn, grow, and succeed. Her personal mission is to improve the lives of her clients and their families by providing compassionate care, leading with her heart, and striving for lasting positive change. Her greatest joy is witnessing the transformative moments and milestones of her clients made possible through, and with, the use of ABA interventions.
