For any RBT that is referred and hired, we will pay you a $350 reward.

Referral Process and Eligibility Guidelines
- You must email your referral's name before they apply to careers@goldenstepsaba.com stating "I am referring this therapist in reference to the Referral Program!"
- Each referral must be with Golden Steps for 65 days from the end of the month in which they started employment.
- The referral must be in active status and good standing at the time of payment in order for the bonus to be paid.
- Please follow up 60 days when you know your referral started and allow two weeks for your referral bonus to be processed once final authorization has been approved.
- Bonus payouts are subject to applicable taxes.
- Managers, Directors, and anyone with hiring authorization for the referred candidates are not eligible for a referral bonus.
Golden Steps ABA reserves the right to modify or cancel this program at any time. Any updates to this plan made by Golden Steps ABA will be maintained by the Human Resource Department. The company will endeavor to send out notices of changes via email but cannot guarantee receipt to applicable parties.
