Brittany Ayala is a BCBA and has been in the field since 2014. Brittany is a part of our corporate team in quality assurance, working with BCBAs to help Golden Steps ABA continue its high ethical and clinical standards.
She first became inspired to work with neurodiverse populations in high school while participating in Best Buddies International. She then went to graduate with her Master’s in Early Childhood Development with a focus in Exceptional Education from University of Central Florida, starting as an RBT, then BCaBA, and now BCBA.
Her strategy when providing therapy is to maintain client dignity while targeting socially significant goals to enhance quality of life for the client and for the family as a whole.

Niang graduated with a bachelor's in psychology from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County.
Keshia graduated from Tennessee Technological University with her Bachelor's in special education.
Mary Louise received her B.A. from the University of Mississippi with a major in Psychology.
During her time with Golden Steps, Kimberly has been awarded “RBT of the Month” on several occasions.
Malinda graduated with a double major in American Sign Language and Psychology from Clemson University.

Jeron Trotman is a BCBA who works with clients of all ages to help them thrive on the spectrum.
Erin graduated in 2020 from the University of Central Florida with a degree in Elementary Education.
Amanda Bissonnette is the Clinical Director in Georgia. She is in charge of treating children in Georgia.
Nele is currently in the role of Clinical Director for Massachusetts at Golden Steps.

Caitlin currently works as an RBT and has plans to go back to school for her masters degree.
