Brittany Ayala is a BCBA and has been in the field since 2014. Brittany is a part of our corporate team in quality assurance, working with BCBAs to help Golden Steps ABA continue its high ethical and clinical standards.
She first became inspired to work with neurodiverse populations in high school while participating in Best Buddies International. She then went to graduate with her Master’s in Early Childhood Development with a focus in Exceptional Education from University of Central Florida, starting as an RBT, then BCaBA, and now BCBA.
Her strategy when providing therapy is to maintain client dignity while targeting socially significant goals to enhance quality of life for the client and for the family as a whole.
