Amanda Bissonnette started her career as a special educator and has been in the field of applied behavior analysis (ABA) since 2011.
Amanda completed her graduate studies at Georgia State University in Multiple and Severe Disabilities with an emphasis in providing highly individualized programming for individuals with autism, intellectual disabilities, and comorbid diagnoses.
Amanda is passionate about providing compassionate care to clients, providing progressive ABA instruction that is responsive to the learner, and teaching and mentoring new providers in the field of ABA to acquire clinical judgement.
Amanda started working for Golden Steps ABA in fall 2021 with the mission to provide a clinic-based option for clients and clinicans to recieve and provide high quality and ethical care in Georgia.
Amanda currently serves as Georgia Clinical Director and Regional Director of Clinics for Golden Steps ABA. In her role, she focuses on training and mentorship of Supervisees (BCBA Candidates) and new behavior analysts in the field.
Amanda’s areas of expertise are Behavioral Pediatrics, Prevention and Treatment of Severe Challenging Behavior (BALANCE, PFA/SBT), Progressive ABA Training & Supervision for ABA Clinicians, and Leadership & Culture.

Niang graduated with a bachelor's in psychology from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County.
Keshia graduated from Tennessee Technological University with her Bachelor's in special education.
Mary Louise received her B.A. from the University of Mississippi with a major in Psychology.
During her time with Golden Steps, Kimberly has been awarded “RBT of the Month” on several occasions.
Malinda graduated with a double major in American Sign Language and Psychology from Clemson University.
LeeAnn enjoys working with clients in both the home and school settings and is passionate about collaboration

Erin graduated in 2020 from the University of Central Florida with a degree in Elementary Education.
Nele is currently in the role of Clinical Director for Massachusetts at Golden Steps.

Caitlin currently works as an RBT and has plans to go back to school for her masters degree.
