Ali Weeks has long had a passion for working with children and providing them with the stepping stones for a bright future by working as a preschool teacher before transitioning into ABA. Ali started in ABA by working directly with learners in clinical, school, and home settings before starting graduate school while working as a technician.

She graduated with her master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis through Ball State in 2019. She worked as a BCBA in Knoxville, TN before relocating to Omaha, NE in 2023 where she currently works as the Lead BCBA in the John Galt clinic. Ali is passionate about staff training, collaborating with parents and schools, and embedding programs into learners’ natural environments.
