AN EXPERIENCED ABA THERAPY TEAM
Over the years, we’ve earned our clients trust due to our high quality standards within our organization. We employ Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), a title only alumni of graduate programs in a related discipline hold; they will have extensive experience with working in the field of autism and will have passed a rigorous exam approved by the Behavior Analysis Certification Board (BACB). We’re proud to say that many members of our team hold master’s degrees in Psychology, specializing in Applied Behavior Analysis. Each analyst is thoughtfully selected, based on the criteria of education and their skills. The personnel we employ feature dedicated, friendly, and experienced analysts who believe in making lasting positive impacts on the lives of our clients. The BCBA’s on our staff are supervised by a senior clinical supervisor who oversees the work and ensure that Golden Steps ABA gold standards of care are being adhered to so that every client is receiving only the best care possible.
For parents looking for treatment options for autism in children, they can rely on the support of our team and their guidance as to how to navigate their child’s positive development. We believe it is important to involve the whole family, supporting them and including them in the therapy so that they can understand what is being done and how to apply the right strategies and techniques when we are not present. In addition to the BCBA and Behavior Therapist, every client is assigned a family care coordinator that works with the family directly, ensuring each client receives the best quality of service.
